Edit a Digital Ads tab. put_meta_goal {goal, expectedVersion}: map an Analytics event to Meta app events (default Off). create_creative/update_creative, create_copy/update_copy, upsert_campaign/upsert_ad_set/upsert_ad (by id or network + externalId; omitted fields kept), push_metrics {rows}, import_report {network meta, rows: raw Insights}, remove_item {kind, id}. expectedVersion guards an edit when given. update_settings {patch, expected} goes alone, with expectedRevision. Network ops, one per call: refresh; create_test, launch_test, resume_test (a paused launched test), pause (reason; inside the owner's budget policy).
