Edit a Localization tab, no expectedRevision: upsert_entries {entries [{key, type, text|media, context, tags, essential, translate}]}, update_entry, archive_entries, delete_entries, add_language {language {code}}, update_language {code, expectedVersion, patch}, remove_language, set_base, submit_translations {items [{entryId|key, lang, text|media, sourceHash, note, unsure}]}, review_translations {items [{entryId, lang, version, verdict approve|reject|unsure, note}]} (never your own), set_translation, retranslate, edit_image {entryId, lang, text}, collect_images, request_work {role}. publish: owner only; unregistered agent publishing refuses. Production actions need Desktop process proof and top-level agentId; the CLI attaches proof. update_settings alone, with expectedRevision.
