Edit Store Assets using guarded saved values. Link products with set_product_source to Type Data; Store Assets holds presentation only. Upload media first; source assetId/versionId/partId pins a saved library part. Original outputs match media.id; derivatives preserve the pinned original in source.mediaId with a recipe or jobId. Media whose metadata is unknown is not ready.

Save only changed values with their expected previous value (null when empty). set_product_source links {sheetId,tableId,productIdColumnId} (null column uses record IDs) to Type Data. Product imports/save_product accept presentation identity only: id, productId, storeSource; prices, grants and state belong in Type Data. Pin assetId/versionId/partId together to a saved library part. Originals match media.id; derivatives keep that original in source.mediaId and include a recipe or jobId. Upload outputs and generation references to this document first. The server replaces client size/dimension metadata with trusted upload metadata; media with unknown probes is not ready. Restore a saved field using restore_field; restoration records a new history event.
