cancel_media_render

Cancel exactly the expected attempt of an existing media render. Requires live project editor access and read/write grant. A stale attempt refuses; terminal jobs return unchanged status. Dedicated guarded worker endpoint only, no unguarded fallback. Same-attempt retries are safe; no render start/retry/discard/import or durable receipt.
