Manage public links for a file; list/create/revoke requires live board editor and boards:read/write grants. Links expose a pinned version without login until revoked or file expiry/deletion. Set expiresAt on a new file_upload begin to create a temporary file (up to 24 hours, irreversible expiry); its bytes use R2 lifecycle deletion and it disappears from Files at expiry. Create with a UUID requestId for safe retries; list reconstructs same-origin public paths. No file bytes in MCP.
