file_upload

Files upload control for board owners and editors. Requires live boards:read and boards:write grants. Obtain operation epoch, begin with size/digest/type and destination, PUT bounded raw parts over authenticated HTTP with the returned ticket in X-Qraft-Upload-Ticket, then explicitly commit. Status recovers retries. Optional expiresAt on a new upload chooses irreversible auto-delete within 24 hours when lifecycle storage is enabled. No bytes in MCP. Unscanned attachment-only content; disabled until activation.
