get_operation_receipt

Recover an ambiguous mutation for this user/grant/client and requestId without fetching content. Returns the original receipt, not fresh state. not_found means unknown, not proof of failure. Retry identical original input if needed. Details: /docs/mcp/get_operation_receipt.

Resolve an ambiguous mutation outcome for this same user/OAuth grant/client and requestId. Reads durable receipts without loading/replaying document content. Success includes outcome=committed and original revisions. A request still executing answers temporarily_unavailable with outcome=pending: wait retryAfterSeconds and check again, never resend meanwhile. not_found includes outcome=unknown (nothing with that ID is running) and does not prove rejection. Retry only the identical request with the same ID and payload after checking; use retryAfterSeconds on temporary failures. Current authorization is required; receipts retained at least 30 days.
