get_tool_schema

Fetch exact input JSON Schema from Qraft's validators. toolName selects a tool; operation selects one mutation type and its guards (e.g. apply_kanban_operations / patch_card). Omit operation for the batch envelope and operation names. No board data. Use this when discovery shows operations as unknown.
