list_documents

List the project's documents (Document tab pages, newest change first): id, title, home (the tab holding it) and openIn (tabs showing it as a page). query searches titles; type/origin filter; ids reads exact documents. Open one in a Document tab with apply_document_operations open_page {documentId}; close_page closes a page without deleting its document.
