manage_sheets Atomically manage tabs using list_sheets.documentRevision. Duplicate/delete/convert also require expectedSheetRevision; page settings require expectedPageSettings. Deletion requires explicit user intent or a verified in-scope lead with a short reason; trash lasts 30 days. Restore uses trashId plus history/write access. Conversion rejects lossy data. Retry lost responses identically. Details: /docs/mcp/manage_sheets. Add, rename, reorder, duplicate, delete, or restore document sheets, set Document tab page layout, or rename the document. set_page_settings takes pageSettings and expectedPageSettings from list_sheets or read_board. Dimensions/margins are millimetres; size is a4, letter, legal, or custom. Width/height are the base paper dimensions; landscape swaps them. Settings apply to the editor, previews, and PDFs. A concurrent page-settings change rejects the command; unrelated text edits are preserved. Set sheetType to flowchart (default), document, data (Structured Data), kanban, wireframe, asset_board, research, review_stream, git_repo, or breakdown (recorded play sessions) when adding a tab. move_document_to_journal atomically moves all pages to an existing Journal entry without a document and trashes the source; supply sheetId, expectedSheetRevision, journalSheetId, expectedJournalRevision and entryId. move_journal_entries moves entries between journals faithfully; never re-create them by hand. convert_to_data replaces a Document tab with typed tables in place, preserving its sheet ID. It requires expectedSheetRevision and explicit references mappings (tableName, columnName, targetTableName, targetColumnName). Conversion rejects lossy cell conversions or invalid references and archives the original in reversible history; verify before converting. Supply expectedRevision from list_sheets.documentRevision and a unique requestId. Duplicate/delete also require expectedSheetRevision from the source sheet. Each command is atomic. At least one sheet remains. delete_sheet moves a sheet to Trash for 30 days; require explicit user intent, or a Desktop-verified lead with live Leader/Access scope and reason (1–300 characters). Lead trash logs the reason and sends the owner Restore/Allow in lead chat. Restore requires history and write access and the trashId returned by list_sheets(includeTrash=true); it restores at the original position, with the original name unless name is supplied. Expired copies cannot be restored. set_folder_behavior sets a Folder to standard or archive. Reordering/renaming preserves IDs. Duplicates receive fresh node and edge IDs. Retry ambiguous outcomes with identical input and requestId.
