mark_global_inbox_read

Mark 1..1000 explicit notification IDs read in your global recipient inbox. Requires a live account OAuth grant with read/write scopes; project grants refuse. Other users, project-only notifications and already-read rows are untouched. Repeated IDs/retries are harmless. No delete, pruning, clear-all, totals or top-level receipt. Changed IDs are pushed only to your inbox; each browser view refreshes its own counts.
