Page your global notification history, as shown across projects by the notification bell. Account OAuth read grant required; project grants refuse. Recipient-owned historical notifications only, not project-only notifications, board content, totals, socket tickets or credentials. status=unread/read/all; cursor binds the filter and preserves microsecond ties. limit bounds scanned global records, not returned matches: read/unread pages may be short or empty. Each call scans at most limit+1 keys, returns at most limit items, and advances by the last scanned key. Always follow nextCursor. --all has a configurable page ceiling and may report truncation. Targets still require their own access when opened. No acknowledgement, clear-all or pruning.
